Privacy Policy

XRC is committed to protecting your privacy. We will use the information we collect about you to process your order and provide a more personalized shopping experience. We may use your email address or telephone number when we are confirming your order, or to ask you a question about your order. We may occasionally exchange our customer address lists with other reputable companies whose products or services we think you may find interesting. Methods of Payment

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa online and by phone, mail or fax. We also accept PayPal™ payments online.

Shipping and Handling

UPS Ground plus handling charges start at $15.00 on all orders within the Continental U.S. Alaska, Hawaii and APO’s cannot be shipped by this method. Shipping time is usually 4-7 business days.

P.O. Box Addresses, APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii – or any other U.S. destinations are shipped using Federal Express. Normal delivery time to be expected is 5 –10 business days from ship date. You will be charged separately after the shipping fee is calculated. Please allow for additional charges for special handling and packaging. We will also charge an additional $15.00 handling fee on these orders.

Overnight and 2-Day Air Shipping – All carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours on all residential deliveries. They also reserve the right to hold oversize orders 1 extra day. This is beyond our control therefore overnight and 2-day charges CANNOT be refunded for this reason.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, XRC will notify you of a price change before shipping your order. XRC reserves the right to correct any price errors or typographical errors.

Return Policy

XRC has a 21-day return policy on all parts orders except for special orders. There is a 25% restocking fee unless it is our error. No returns will be accepted on modified, "Custom" or "Special" items. The customer must prepay all shipping for returns. All returns must be approved prior to shipment by requesting an RGA# from XRC Customer Service. To return any part, you MUST email custserv@xrcbrakes.com your order number, part number, reason for return, full name and email address and telephone number. You will be emailed an RGA with instructions within 5 business days. Returns without an RGA will be refused and we will have no way to track your return.

Sales Tax

We collect 7.75% sales tax for all orders with a billing address in Ohio.

Secure Transactions

XRC has taken every precaution to protect sensitive data sent over the Internet. All personal and credit card information entered on your order is transmitted in an encrypted form for your protection.

Shipping Damages

UPS and FedEx – Notify XRC immediately so a claim can be initiated with the shipping carrier. Please keep all packaging material should the carrier wish to inspect it.


Most products are warranted against manufacturer defects for 90 days unless otherwise specified. The warranty is void if the item has been altered, misused or improperly installed. Xtreme Ride Components is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequential damage of any kind.
